At the beginning of this year I made a step not important for mankind but for me. I decided to leave a leader position in sales. I strongly felt that the time for doing things I like as well as I am interested to and I am eager to do had come. It is B2B sales. Over last few months I have read hundreds of articles, a lot of researches and plenty of books focused on new methods, innovation and digitalization in sales. All these things together follow customer’s needs and their sales processes which are considerably influenced by social networks and omnipresent digitalization.
I must admit that as a leader of sales department I was convinced that I knew all these things. But I have realized that in my daily routine I wasn’t able to obtain all these new trends and imply them into my standard use. And what more, to be able to utilize them effectively and to use them for reaching my goals.
That is why I want to use this blog to unveil new trends which have been ruling B2B sales world.
